Mountain Coaster Frame MC1 (2021)
Make the best skids, run a dropper, plus tires, and a suspension fork. Have all of the best things about mountain biking - except the braking. Remember what it was like to rip down the Repack in jeans and a flannel and lose to Gary Fisher or Joe Breeze. Charlie Kelly would be proud, probably. Haven't asked him yet. He seems like a cool dude, though.
Designed specifically for riding a coaster brake bicycle off road. This isn't some conversion. This frame is built with a 44mm Head tube so you can run a straight or tapered fork. Designed around a 486mm axle to crown should make a 100-120mm 29er fork a blast. The 31.6 seatpost diameter is ready to accept internal dropper post routing. The rear spacing is 135mm with a place to fix your coaster arm. There are no other brake mounts on this frame. Made out of Reynolds 520 and 4130 steel, this isn't some generic junkyard steel. Oh and you can put a bottle cage on there too. Clearance for 29x2.8" or 27.5 plus tires, you have options. 73mm threaded BSA shell to run all the cranks too. Tried and tested Mlarge geo fits adults and abolutely rips on the trail. Slack enough to take some drops, but not stupid. BB sufficiently high to get those pedal strokes in, the bike handles like a good party - composed enough to go all day and all night without your body complaining too much. You get it.
No Fork.
